Ms. Abraham is a Principal Analyst for In-Stat's Converging Markets & Technologies Group. Before joining In-Stat in 1996, she worked for several years as a manager for an inbound call center operation. Ms. Abraham's specific areas of research include Video Delivery by Telephone Companies, the Direct Broadcast Satellite industry, Digital Television, DVD, and MPEG ICs.She completed her BA in Economics at the University of Michigan. Ms. Abraham received her MBA from Arizona State University.

Stephen Cooper has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in the areas of order management, service provisioning, inventory management, test and verification, and has held leadership positions in product line management, product marketing, and product development. Prior to joining Syndesis, Cooper held various development, product marketing and product management roles at GN Nettest, where he established and managed test automation, developed and managed strategic industry relationships with telecommunications companies such as Bellcore; and defined requirements for new system software and hardware. Stephen has a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario.
Bill DeMuth

Bill DeMuth began his career at SureWest in 1976 and thereafter held various positions with increasing responsibility. In addition to his current responsibilities in strategic planning and business development, DeMuth focuses on assessing new technologies and overseeing corporate technology initiatives. He serves on the United States Telecom Association's engineering committee, is a member of the Board of Directors for ATIS, a technical planning and standards development organization, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Placer County Child Abuse Prevention Council. DeMuth holds a master's degree in telecommunications management from Golden Gate University and a bachelor's degree in engineering technology from California State Polytechnic University.
Bill Gaudreau

Bill Gaudreau is the director of business development for mSpot, Inc, a pioneer in developing streaming audio and video services for wireless carriers. Gaudreau focuses on the acquisition and management of audio and video content, including major motion pictures for mSpot¹s varied mobile multimedia entertainment services offered through North America. Prior to mSpot, he was a part of the product marketing team at Sprint who successfully launched Sprint-Nextel¹s Emmy award-winning wireless multimedia service--Sprint TV, which included more than 50 video-on-demand and live streaming audio and television channels. In addition, Gaudreau played a pivotal role in the launch mSpot Movies, the first full-length feature movie product for mobile devices in North America, on the Sprint Network. Gaudreau has been involved in the wireless data entertainment business since 2000 and his wide breath of knowledge and experience in the mobile multimedia entertainment business makes him a key voice in the industry.

Daniel is an internationally recognized technology pioneer with a rich background in home entertainment, consumer electronics and Internet services. Prior to Kyte, founded in 2006, Daniel worked in the world of converging media consumer products. In 1999 and 2000, he was instrumental in the build-up of ReQuest Multimedia, an award-winning consumer electronics startup. There he created the world's first MP3 Hard Disk Jukebox, the predecessor to Apple's "iPod". In 2001, Daniel joined Philips Consumer Electronics where he developed the world's first Internet Audio stereo system and the first wireless Home Entertainment System with Internet video services. Daniel earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Interstate College of Engineering (NTB), Switzerland, and an MS in Computer and Systems Engineering from RPI, Troy NY.

Jonathan Hurd joined Altman Vilandrie & Company in 2006. With more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience, Jonathan’s background within the communications, media and related technology sectors is extensive. His primary areas of expertise include business and marketing strategy, new business creation and launch, integrated consumer and business services, and customer and sales channel segmentation and targeting. Jonathan’s work with operators includes communications services strategy and business planning, market sizing, product roadmap development, customer segmentation, and marketing budget optimization across systems, products, customers and channels. Prior to joining Altman Vilandrie & Company, Jonathan was a Vice President with ADVENTIS. Before that, he was a Partner in the Communication, Information and Entertainment practice of Mercer Management Consulting. Jonathan received a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from M.I.T., and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Loic Le Meur

Loïc Le Meur is France’s most successful serial entrepreneur, who has started and sold several innovative companies including Tekora (acquired by Access-Commerce), RapidSite France (acquired by France Télécom) and B2L (acquired by BBDO). In addition to developing successful businesses, Le Meur is France’s most famous blogger whose posts are read by more than 250,000 unique visitors per month. He is also the founder of LeWeb3, Europe’s largest conference (over 2000 participants from 40 countries) that focuses on the rising stars and established companies on the Internet. In 2004 he became an integral part of the team behind the official World Economic Forum Weblog and in 2005, Le Meur conducted the first podcast interview with a major French politician, Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy. Currently, Le Meur is serving as the founder of Seesmic while hosting Loic.TV, a daily video show where he shares his thoughts, experiences and decisions in creating his latest venture.

Jeff Miller was named President and CEO of ICTV in 2005, and has spearheaded development of the company’s ActiveVideo platform that combines broadband choice and control with television quality and responsiveness. Jeff joined ICTV in 2000 as VP, Engineering after serving as vice president of consulting engineering and applications for Force Computers, a subsidiary of Solectron, Jeff also co-founded and was president of RISQ Modular Systems, which was acquired by SMART Modular Technologies. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a master's in systems management from the University of Southern California.

Pieter Poll is the Chief Technology Officer at Qwest. He is responsible for the strategic technological direction of the company. In this role, he oversees the evolution of the network and technologies utilized to manage the various network layers and drive future product and service capabilities. Additionally, he is responsible for network planning and engineering functions. Dr. Poll has spent more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry. Previously, he served as Vice President – Corporate Strategy for Mahi Networks where he was responsible for corporate technology and product strategy, business partnership development and business development. Dr. Poll graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and mathematics. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree in physics at Cornell University.

Paul Scanlan is a President and Co-founder of MobiTV, Inc. In this role, Scanlan manages all aspects of the company's sales, marketing and partnering efforts. Scanlan has been intimately involved in defining and evolving the company's business plan, and its partnering and corporate strategies. Scanlan has driven the launch of MobiTV on three of the nations' leading cellular carrier networks, and has helped secure MobiTV's current line-up of over 25 well-known channels through negotiations with some of the nations' largest television content providers. Additionally, Scanlan manages the company's International efforts and operations where he has played a key role in generating the initial momentum and hiring the teams to run the new MobiTV offices around the world. Prior to MobiTV, Scanlan was Managing Partner and Executive Vice President with Enterprise IG, where he managed the company's technology consulting practice. Before working at Enterprise IG, he co-founded a successful advertising agency in Chicago, and prior to that he worked in telecommunications sales at Lucent Technologies (formerly AT&T).
